about cdris

The work of the Centre for Dream Research and Imaginal Studies (CDRIS) is a response to the distress and alienation that is rampant in our culture as our historical myths no longer hold numinous energy or divine inspiration.

Through counseling, courses and dreamwork, CDRIS is dedicated to:

  • Providing guidance and instruction on the spiritual journey as a way of embracing creative
         change

  • Exploring dreamstudy in the work of creativity and the arts

  • Recognizing our fundamental connections to the Earth

  • Creating a space for an experience of the Divine

  • Healing the Feminine

  • Creating a space for the healing of our society’s Elders so they may recognize their role and       their calling

  • Inspiring and offering solace and a means of reading life’s patterns towards wholeness

  • Finding meaning in our daily lives

Our dreams present images for healing and direction in our lives. They re-animate our natural connections to the Earth and its regenerative aspects of renewal and restoration and connect us to the mythical and mystical stories of our origins.

We can embrace these marginalized gifts  through working with our dreams. This personal work affects transformation and change at individual and collective levels and arouses a creative response to life.

With this in mind, I open CDRIS to the community.
